We gained planning for this house on a Greek Thompson terrace in Lenzie’s conservation area for a new rear extension and internal alterations. Previously, the house had a small, dark kitchen in a poorly lit rear extension with UPVC conservatory. We removed the conservatory and opened up the existing extension to a new brick faced extension. A large roof light was fitted in order to illuminate both the new kitchen dining area and internalised study.
