This semi detached house in Milngavie was requiring substantial modernisation. Its kitchen was tucked into a small, poorly lit rear room and the garden was obscured by a poor quality UPVC extension. We re-designed the internal space to form a family sized kitchen and opened it up to the garden with a new glazed rear extension. This incorporated a new dining and sitting area. A new utility room was formed adjacent to the kitchen and the bathroom dormer was widened to allow a larger, family sized, bathroom.
