This top floor flat,, located in the Glasgow West Conservation Area, was in need of full restoration and alterations to make it fit for modern living. It had a large dark central hall, with much unusable space. The kitchen was small and isolated from the living spaces on the North side of the building. We moved the kitchen to the South facing front and made a new opening to the sitting room to create a bright open plan living space. A new bathroom and utility were fitted into the hall and bedrooms all re-located to the rear. The clients brought the spaces to life with colour and choices of material.
